RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Provided certain conditions are met (see further details below) you have 10 days from the day that you received your items to return or exchange your purchase from Charmify Inc. After the 10 days we no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Please follow these INSTRUCTIONS when completing a return or exchange:
We will reply within 48 hours with questions if further clarification is required, and/or with details on next steps to get your return or exchange completed as soon as possible.
We do NOT Accept Returns or Exchanges if:
Shipping Return
It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Charmify Inc with tracking confirmation for your return postage. Your package must be postmarked no later than 10 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS, Fedex or USPS.
We do not supply a Return Shipping Package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (s).
If you are shipping an item or items over $20, it is highly recommended to use a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance with your carrier. Charmify Inc is not responsible for items that do not arrive. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds
Step 1: Full Refunds Guaranteed, and Applied if:
With regards to #2 and # 3 above, items received or delivered as damaged or substantially different from the item represented on the product detail page can only qualify as a Full Refund by taking a digital photo of the damaged or substantially different item, and e-mailed to support@charmify.ca
Request for refunds must be made within 48 hours of receipt from delivery.
In your email to Charmify Inc's support team, please also include your full name, and order #. Sending a digital photo after 48 hours of receipt will disqualify your claim for a refund. We ask that you respond to this immediately.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Step 1: We only replace/exchange items if:

Step 2 Refunds or Exchanges: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases of shipping error
The following fees may be deducted from your refund or exchange:
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
